What are the requirements to apply for an apartment?
Please refer to the RQA and/or the Affordable Program Qualification. (The property does not accept reusable tenant screening reports, and the security deposit may change based on screening results.)
What are the income requirements?
Please refer to the RQA and/or the Affordable Program Qualification.
Are there application fees or deposits required?
Yes. The application fee is $75 and the administrative fee is $200. The security deposit starts at $200 and may change based on screening results.
Pets
What is your pet policy?
We are a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with up to 2 pets per apartment. The community has a pet play area. Please call the leasing office for the complete pet policy.
Are there breed restrictions for pets?
Restricted Breeds and Prohibited Dogs: The following breeds are not permitted on the community: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof (The website states that restricted breeds apply, but the specific list is not published online.)
What pet fees are required?
There is a one-time pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for a second pet. Monthly pet rent starts at $15 per pet.
Parking
What parking options are available?
Surface lot parking is available, along with covered parking (carports) and garages.
Is guest parking available?
Guest parking is available as first come, first serve.
Can I reserve a parking space?
Yes. Covered parking is listed at $50 per month and garages at $100 per month (per Apartments.com).
Lease Terms & Renewals
What lease terms are available?
Lease terms of 3 to 15 months are available.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes. Short-term leases are available, starting at 3 months.
How do lease renewals work?
We send renewal offers roughly 90 days prior to current lease expirations.
Utilities, Internet & Packages
What utilities are included with my apartment?
Utilities are not included in rent. Water/sewer and electric are billed by usage. Monthly fees include trash/recycling, pest control ($3), package services ($5), and a $3.75 utility billing admin fee.
Is internet included?
Internet is not included, but Google Fiber internet is available. WiFi is provided in common areas.
How are packages delivered?
Packages are delivered to 24/7 package lockers. There is a $5 monthly package services fee.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal (concord.activebuilding.com). Maintenance staff is on site.
Amenities, Location & Community Information
What appliances are available?
Apartments include a stainless steel appliance package, dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Washer/dryer and quartz countertops are available in select homes. Other features include wood-burning fireplaces, garden tubs, plank flooring, walk-in closets, and oversized patios.
What amenities are available in the community?
Pool and sun deck, covered cabana, fitness center, grilling stations, resident lounge, clubhouse, business center, pet play area, 24/7 package lockers, community recycling, and WiFi in common areas.
What schools are nearby?
Nearby schools include Root Elementary, Stough Elementary, Oberlin Middle, and Leesville Road High School. Please confirm school assignments with the school district, as zones can change.
What commuting options are available nearby?
Raleigh-Durham International Airport is about 17 minutes away. The community is near the NC Museum of Art, PNC Arena, Carter-Finley Stadium, and the Hamptons at Umstead. Public transit in the area is minimal.
